Shuitou granite processing base---Nanan Shuitou Kangli Stone Co.,Ltd has invested RMB0.6 billions in total which occupied an area of 180,000 square meters. It has annual output of 3,600,000 square meters. The first stage of the project has completed with the investment amount of RBM 0.3 billion.
The new factory equipped with over 300 sets of imported and domestic equipments such as the most advanced Italian automatic Gang saw（GASPAR1-JUMBO MATIC 480）, automatic BRETON slabs polishing work line（LEVIBRETON KG-2000）, automatic flaming machine, keyhole drilling machine, automatic edge chamfering and polishing machines, automatic infrared cutters, arc panels calibrating machines, arc panels honed and polished machines, arc panel trimming machines, electric and automatic modeling machines, etc.
The new base has the production capacity of 1,800,000 square meters random slab and 900,000 square meters cut-to-size slab for project. In the mean while, it is able to produce all kinds of carved battens, arc panels, Roman columns, sculptures, flame finished, bush- hammered finished, antique finished and water-jet finished surface etc. |
